Yes — for the hand histories themselves. Both PT4 and Hand2Note keep your raw site-format HHs in a folder; export that folder and drag it into Nous. We re-parse every hand from the original site-native format, which is how our stats stay aligned with what the source produces.

We don't import their proprietary database files directly (so HUD configurations and custom stats from those tools don't transfer), but every hand they recognize, we recognize — and the post-session analytics are computed fresh from the same source.

No. Your uploads live in your own private database on our server, accessible only to you and the teammates you explicitly share with. We never share, sell, or train models on your data. A Danger Zone in Settings wipes everything irrevocably whenever you want — no support ticket needed.

If you cancel your subscription, your account stays accessible in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export. After that, we permanently delete hand histories, tags, notes, and analytics from our servers.

Nous is a post-session analysis tool. It never interacts with the poker client during play, never reads your screen, never offers real-time advice. You upload hand histories after the session ends — same workflow as every legitimate tracker.

This is explicitly permitted by every major poker site's third-party tool policy. We don't ship a real-time HUD; that's a separate product category, and one we don't build.

Cash NLHE is the next major roadmap item — building the stat targets and variance handling specific to cash dynamics is in progress. PLO and mixed variants come after, because each game type needs its own parser coverage and its own analytical conventions.

We won't ship a half-baked version. The changelog (linked from your account once you sign up) is where we announce shipping dates as they get committed.

You can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time and your existing data carries over — no re-upload. If you'd rather stay on Basic, add-on packs for extra hand storage and solver library are available on both plans, so you can stretch Basic a long way before needing Pro.

We never silently delete data when you hit a limit. New uploads pause, you get an in-app notice with upgrade and add-on options, and everything you already have stays exactly where it is.

We're building a public demo experience — sample hand histories and a walkthrough of Leak Finder and Drill with populated data — that ships before paid launch. You'll see every feature with real-feeling data before you decide to subscribe.

Subscriptions cancel any time, no questions asked. Your account stays read-only for 30 days after cancel so you can export everything cleanly.

Yes — through Sharing and Groups (included on Pro). Send hands peer-to-peer or post them into a private group your coach belongs to. Recipients open shared hands directly in their browser with notes and tags attached.

Receiving shared hands and viewing them in the replayer doesn't require a paid subscription on the recipient side — only uploading your own data and running Leak Finder / Drill on it does. So your coach can review what you send without paying for a plan of their own.

Web app — runs in any modern browser, no download, no admin permissions. Works on Mac, Windows, Linux, and Chromebooks.

Mobile browsers can view shared hands and check your dashboards on the go, but the drill engine and heavy upload sessions are designed for desktop. There's no auto-updater to interrupt a study block, and no client to keep patched.
